Dear Kyle and Triple H team, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the great job Triple H Contracting did for our home. Earlier this year I took advantage of the NY State endorsed energy audit program designed to evaluate home energy efficiency. We live in a home built nearly 50 years ago and needed to have professionals test the house for drafts and other areas that made the house seem like the heat and AC generated was not accomplishing what we were paying for. After getting your company name from the energy audit website Kyle promptly set up an appointment. Kyle and team came equipped to do a thorough analysis. He was extremely professional describing our situation as well as taking the time to give us an overview of how airflow works and the best ways to get the most out of our home layout. Kyle was forthcoming in speaking to misconceptions the general public have to where most energy is lost. His knowledge of environment and experience with best practices helped us avoid paying thousands more in unnecessary window and infrastructure upgrades. He walked us through the results of the many tests describing how each affects the overall efficiency of our home. Acknowledging that ROI would not be immediate based on our natural gas system as opposed to if we had an oil system. Kyle addressed what he termed “comfort level”. This is what we wanted to fix. Triple H proposed a new furnace (as ours was older and not up to today’s standards) as well as re-insulating and sealing much of the house and other miscellaneous enhancements. After we agreed on a price, Kyle and team moved swiftly to complete the project. He took care of all rebate filings with LIPA and NY State and regularly showed me completed components of project. He made sure I understood how each step would improve our “comfort level”. His team, including outsourced partners, was friendly, punctual and always left the house very clean as if they were not even working there. Kyle followed up often after the project and was excited to hear about our feedback. Well, after the past two crazy weeks including Superstorm Sandy and a Nor’easter, I can safely say this was a great home investment. The professionalism and quality of your service is the best I have every experienced. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and they even vacuumed and mopped my house before they left!!!! I highly recommend this company and would hire them again, even though I think they fixed all my problems.

Triple H contractors are a truly amazing company!! They are dependable, honest and reliable. We are thrilled with their work. I cannot give enough praise for the clean,neat and professional job. Their workers are the nicest and most polite people. At the end of each day’s work they pick up their drop cloths and vacuum the area so you are not living in constant mess as work is done. However, the best part is that before I had the work done my walk in closet was FREEZING COLD in the winter! And now it is toasty warm! This company lives up to all of its promises and more!! Even better the oil company has lowered my estimated bill by $75 a month and I am sure it will go down even more. Our home is a lot more comfortable with all the cracks in the basement and attic sealed with foam. Our money is not flying out the door with loss of heat!
