What did they learn that was most surprising:
I had other estimates from other companies for my insulation project. There were no mentioned of sealing the holes in the attic, second floor bathroon fan to prevent mold, sealing of the three openings of the attic and sealing my kitchen lights. Finally, when Paul explained how radiant barriers work, I became very interested in energy efficient of the upstairs area instead of a company just coming in and blowing some cellulose insulation in the attic area. Prior to Paul arriving at my house, my focus was on lowest cost and laying out some additional insulation. Afterward, it was about making an investment that would last for a long time.
