How knowledgeable was the home comfort consultant
Mr. Tsoumpelis was very knowledgeable regarding insulation. As he answered my first question regarding the ghosting of studs in my living room walls and how adding insulation to the walls would fix this.
Did the home comfort consultant explain his findings
Mr. Tsoumpelis explained and showed pictures of the insulation in my attic and what the company would to improve the comfort level of my house as we go through the seasons
Was the home comfort consultant friendly
Mr. Tsoumpelis was friendly and very considerate of my home with him and the Auditor Will wearing booties while on the premises.
How pleased were you with the experience
I was very please with the Audit experience which I had been putting off. It was very easy to sign up via the PSEG website, answer a few questions and then make the appointment.

I knew about insulating of your house, but was not aware of the importance of also air sealing as I don't think that is stressed too much.our service area
