Jill is changing the way small contractors do business. Bringing with her the client experience and expertise from 25 years in the corporate world, top notch customer service is instilled throughout every department in the company. "Providing an outstanding customer experience is the cornerstone of our business. Having highly satisfied customers is my top priority and I’m committed to maintaining it.”
Under Jill’s leadership, Triple H builds careers, not just jobs. Knowing how critical it is to be highly skilled and ahead of the curve, she invests in training at every level of the organization. Jill believes that educated, engaged and happy employees are the key to happy and satisfied customers. Jill said "I want employees to grow within the company and remain a part of Triple H. Training is an important part of that equation. Stability of highly qualified employees leads to the best possible customer outcomes.”
Unlike many small contractors, Triple H provides medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), Aflac, employee assistance programs and health advocacy. These benefits are comparable to those offered by major corporations. These add significant value to employees’ overall compensation and in Jill’s view, it is absolutely worth it. "It’s important to me that we offer high quality benefits and provide what’s needed for our team to take care of themselves and their families. We are more than coworkers; we are a family of our own here."
There is upward mobility at Triple H. Many of the crew members become crew leads, then foreman, then project managers, then move to sales, if they are interested. There are also back-office functions within accounting, marketing and project administration that provide opportunities for career advancement.
Proper licensing, GL and Workers Compensation insurance are fastidiously maintained. Jill runs the company without cutting corners. Everything is done to protect the business, the staff and ultimately the customers. Triple H was incorporated in 1999 and has its sights on at least another 20 years! Many contractors don’t have the longevity that Triple H already enjoys.
Jill has two children and a dog, April, that she brings to work every day.
