The knee wall is cold in the winter and hot in the summer because both the knee wall and floor are opened to the knee wall space typically with exposed fiberglass. To make this home more comfortable and efficient we use SilverGlo on the walls which can increase your R-value greatly. We also air sealed all floor penetrations, making the space air sealed properly. Last we used cellulose insulation. The homeowner will more be more comfortable in all four seasons of the year.
