After watching Dr. Energy Saver videos about insulation this homeowner contacted us looking for an estimate to insulate his home, because he noticed the current insulation was old and moldy. Triple H is the only Dr. Energy Saver Contractor on Long Island.
Solution
Triple H Representative Ryan went to the home in Southampton to evaluate the home and give his best recommendation. Part of the project Ryan recommended for this home was reinsulating the attic space. The insulation was old and moldy and wasn't efficient. The crew went there, removed the insulation properly, then air sealed all penetration's in the space. They added a mechanical cat walk with plywood borders to prepare for the new insulation. Then 14" of blown-in cellulose was added to the attic. Now the homeowner has a cleaner attic and comfortable home!
