This customer contacted us wanting to clean and insulate his crawl space after experience comfort issues in the upper level of his home
Solution
Paul, our home comfort specialist went to the home to look at the customers crawl space and determine the best solution to fix his problem was to remove the old insulation and encapsulate the crawl space. Our crew went to the home and removed the moldy, damaged insulation from the crawlspace and applied MoldX2 cleaner and botanical to eliminate mold and mildew and prevent it from growing back. They then install a crawl space encapsulation which insulates the walls with SilverGlo foam board insulation on walls and GoldSeal Liner on the dirt floors. This will now lower the humidity in the space, and have much warmer floors upstairs, also well as a more comfortable home
